Welcome to MoodTide support.

If you need help with mood logs, notes, photo memories, widget sync, calendar review, exports, or iCloud behavior, use this page as your primary support channel.

Quick Help

1. Widget does not refresh immediately

  • Open MoodTide once to ensure permissions are granted.
  • Confirm Widget permissions and app background refresh are enabled in iOS Settings.
  • If needed, remove and re-add the widget.

2. iCloud sync seems delayed

  • Verify you are signed in to iCloud on your device.
  • Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled in iOS Settings.
  • Keep network available and reopen MoodTide after a short wait.

3. Notes or photos not showing

  • Pull to refresh or reopen the app.
  • Check whether the day entry was saved as draft or final record.
  • Confirm Photos permission is granted.

4. Widget mood did not appear in the app yet

  • Open MoodTide from the widget to trigger app-side sync.
  • Wait a moment for widget cache sync to finish.
  • If the issue persists, reopen the app and check the same date from calendar or feed views.

5. Exported memories or backups look incomplete

  • Make sure the export process completed before leaving the app.
  • Check whether photos were attached to the original entry.
  • Retry export after reopening MoodTide if file generation was interrupted.
