Quick Help
1. Embedded Python runtime is unavailable
- Open Settings > Runtime and refresh diagnostics.
- Confirm the current build includes the bundled runtime framework.
- Restart the app after updating or reinstalling.
2. A project cannot find its dataset
- Verify the dataset file was imported into the current project.
- Check the file name and extension used by your script.
- Reopen the project and run it again.
3. Course progress looks incorrect
- Reopen the lesson and rerun the related test.
- If developer mode is enabled, confirm the current entitlement override.
- Use Reset Course Progress only if you intentionally want a fresh state.
