MicroLLM is licensed, not sold, to you. If you download the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a different custom agreement is presented. The terms below describe additional product-specific rules for MicroLLM.

1. Scope of Use

  • MicroLLM is provided for education, experimentation, and internal evaluation.
  • You may run, inspect, and modify local projects within the limits of the app and applicable law.
  • Preview pricing, entitlement UI, or purchase flows may change before commercial release.

2. Acceptable Use

  • You are responsible for the code you run and the files you import.
  • You must not use MicroLLM to violate law, third-party intellectual property, export controls, or platform rules.
  • You must not attempt to bypass runtime safeguards, app security boundaries, or entitlement checks.

3. Product Boundaries

  • MicroLLM is not a hosted inference service and does not promise cloud-scale training.
  • The current product focuses on transparent, small-scale, on-device experiments for learning and prototyping.
  • Some advanced modules or import/export capabilities may depend on your plan or release stage.

4. Content and Materials

  • You retain responsibility for project code, datasets, and exported outputs created with the app.
  • You must ensure that you have the right to use any dataset, source code, paper excerpt, or other material you import.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroLLM is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZelonAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

You should keep independent backups of any material you consider important.
