TalkCam is provided as an iPhone talking-head video creator for personal and commercial creators. Use of TalkCam is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
1. App use
You may use TalkCam and its contents to create your own videos for personal, educational, or commercial creator purposes. You are responsible for the content you record and for ensuring that you have the rights to any people, audio, or material captured. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse the app or its assets.
2. Local data and projects
TalkCam stores local preferences, projects, camera video, audio, teleprompter scripts, and effect settings on your device. Deleting the app or erasing device data may result in the loss of local data; export and keep copies of your videos if you wish to preserve them.
3. Optional purchases
TalkCam may offer optional Pro in-app purchases: a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Refunds, cancellations, billing issues, and purchase account management are handled by Apple.
4. Free and Pro features
The free tier records single-camera takes, supports the everyday effects, and exports up to 1080p with a small TalkCam watermark. Pro unlocks every effect, enables up to 4K export, and removes the watermark.
5. Recording accuracy and content responsibility
TalkCam uses on-device AVFoundation processing to capture media and an offline render pass to bake in effects. You are responsible for reviewing the exported video before publishing. The app does not verify the legality, accuracy, or ownership of the content you create.
6. Availability
Features may change as the app improves. We aim to preserve purchased Pro access for the Apple ID that made the purchase, subject to Apple platform behavior and StoreKit availability.
