By using SpeedPlayer, you agree to these basic terms.
1. Personal playback tool
SpeedPlayer is provided as a personal playback and review tool for video and audio. The user is responsible for the media they load, store, and play through the app.
2. Supported content
- Users must have the right to access and play the media they import or load through a direct media link
- Video formats: MP4, MOV, MKV, M4V, and HLS streams
- Audio formats: MP3, AAC, M4A, FLAC, WAV, and AIFF
3. Subscriptions
- SpeedPlayer offers optional in-app subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) that unlock Pro features
- All subscription payments, billing, and refunds are processed by Apple through the App Store
- Subscriptions can be managed in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
4. Local files and direct media links
- Local files remain under the user's control on their device
- Direct media links are fetched only when the user submits them for playback or inspection
5. No warranty for unsupported assets
SpeedPlayer may reject, fail to import, or fail to play media that is not in a supported format or that becomes unavailable from its original source.
6. Children and parents
- SpeedPlayer may be used in family or classroom practice scenarios when guided by a parent, teacher, or coach

Parental Controlsis enabled, SpeedPlayer shows a simple math parent check before opening the Membership / purchase screen, the direct media link import flow, external legal or support links, or before turning Parental Controls back off - SpeedPlayer is not marketed as an Apple Kids Category app, and normal App Store age-rating rules still apply
