Pop Joy is provided as a casual tactile bubble-popping game for personal entertainment.
1. Use of the app
You may use Pop Joy and its included content for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse the app or its assets.
2. Gameplay and progress
Pop Joy saves local gameplay progress, coins, props, levels, selected themes, and settings. Local progress can be lost if the app is deleted or device data is erased.
3. Subscriptions
Pop Joy Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription in two plans:
- Monthly — includes a 1-week free trial for eligible accounts, then renews monthly.
- Yearly — renews annually (best value).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Pricing is shown in the app and may vary by region.
Refunds, billing issues, and purchase account management are handled by Apple.
4. Free and Pro features
The free app includes the core bubble-popping game, free themes, levels, coins, props, and a daily allowance of free Endless rounds. Pop Joy Pro unlocks all premium themes, premium materials and soundscapes, future premium theme drops, and unlimited Endless mode.
5. Availability
Features may change as the app is improved. Active subscriptions remain valid for their billing period; access continues as long as the subscription is active and StoreKit is available.
