PopJoy is a tactile 3D bubble-popping game for short, calm play sessions. It offers four ways to pop — tap, shoot, slice, and rain-shoot — with responsive materials, haptics, procedural sound, a theme-matched ambient bed, level goals, coins, props, and optional premium themes.
Four ways to play
- Tap Pop — tap or sweep bubbles directly
- Bubble Shooter — drag to aim a launcher and fire darts
- Slice Rain — swipe through bubbles as they fall
- Rain Shooter — pick off bigger bubbles drifting down
Each mechanic can be played as a Clear-all level (beat the move budget for stars and coins), Endless (waves that refill forever), or a Timed Blitz countdown.
What PopJoy helps with
- Pop bubbles across four mechanics with sound, haptics, and particles
- Clear short handcrafted levels with move limits and star ratings, or race the Timed Blitz
- Earn coins and use props to solve tighter boards
- Switch tactile themes from the home's theme strip; every theme pairs its materials with a matched ambient bed (rain, sand, ocean, wind, chimes, or a cosmic pad)
- Tune sound, the ambient bed, haptic density, reduced motion, one-handed mode, language, and appearance
Privacy model
PopJoy is designed as an offline-first game. It does not require an account, advertising SDK, tracking SDK, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or user-generated content. Gameplay progress, coins, props, selected theme, language, appearance, and preferences are stored locally on the device.
Subscription model
PopJoy Pro is optional. The core game remains playable for free. Pro unlocks premium themes, premium material styles, richer soundscapes, unlimited Endless mode, and future premium theme drops. Pro is offered as two auto-renewable subscriptions — a monthly plan (with a 1-week free trial) and a yearly plan. There is no one-time purchase. Subscriptions and restore purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit.
