Product guide

When to use it

Build a brief daily reflection habit and review the patterns you recorded across a week or month.

A practical workflow

  1. Choose the mood that best describes the day and add an optional short note.
  2. Use the calendar or widget to return to earlier check-ins.
  3. Review patterns over time; enable iCloud sync or Pro export only if those features suit your needs.

Limits to check

A mood journal cannot diagnose or treat a mental-health condition. Pro has monthly, yearly and lifetime options; confirm trial and renewal terms in the App Store.

Storage and connections

Optional iCloud sync uses Apple's ecosystem. The developer states that journal content does not pass through ZelonAI servers; this differs from saying it never leaves a device.
