PresentCast uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) as its governing app license: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

This page is a plain-language product summary for users of PresentCast, an iPhone and iPad app for casting PDFs, photos, and videos to a TV, projector, or Apple TV over AirPlay, or previewing on the in-app Demo Display. If this page conflicts with Apple's standard EULA, Apple's standard EULA controls.

1. Use of the app

You may use PresentCast to present your own PDFs, photos, and videos for personal, educational, or commercial purposes. You are responsible for the content you cast and for ensuring you have the rights to any files you import. Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse the app or its assets.

2. Local data and files

PresentCast saves local preferences, imported files, render cache, slideshow state, and the last-used display on your device. Local data can be lost if the app is deleted or device data is erased; keep your own copies of any files you want to retain.

3. Optional purchases

PresentCast may offer optional in-app purchases for Pro: a Monthly ($2.99) or Yearly ($19.99) auto-renewable subscription, or a one-time Lifetime ($39.99) purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Refunds, cancellations, billing issues, and purchase account management are handled by Apple.

4. Free and Pro features

The free tier lets you import and cast PDFs, photos, and videos, with the in-app Demo Display and a limited recent-files history. Pro unlocks remembering and restoring the last display, full recent history, unlimited favorites, Smart Fill, and higher output resolutions (up to 2K/4K).

5. Casting accuracy and content responsibility

PresentCast renders and casts media using on-device PDFKit, AVFoundation, and AirPlay. You are responsible for reviewing what is shown on the big screen before and during your presentation. The app does not verify the legality, accuracy, or ownership of the content you cast.

6. Availability

Features may change as the app is improved. We aim to preserve purchased Pro access for the Apple ID used for purchase, subject to Apple platform behavior and StoreKit availability.
