These Terms describe the current product-use rules for HanziStroke. If you download HanziStroke through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license where required, and these Terms supplement that framework with product-specific information.

1. Educational learning tool

HanziStroke is provided as a Chinese character learning and handwriting practice tool for home, school, and self-study use. It is designed to support learning, not to guarantee any particular educational result.

2. Local use and app content

  • Core study content is delivered inside the app for local use
  • User-created practice collections stay under the user's control on their device unless the user deletes them
  • Features, bundled study content, and availability may change as the app evolves

3. Premium access and purchases

  • The app may offer optional premium access, including recurring subscriptions and/or one-time purchase options, through Apple's App Store
  • Billing, refunds, subscription management, and purchase-region rules are handled by Apple
  • Premium access affects specific advanced practice modes and collection limits in the current release
  • Product names, prices, and availability may vary by storefront or region

4. Family and child use

  • Younger children should use the app with adult supervision where appropriate
  • Optional parental controls provide a lightweight math-check gate for certain purchase-related or protected actions
