These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ImageTiny application and related support pages provided by ZelonAI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ImageTiny, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The Service
ImageTiny is an on-device image workflow app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It allows users to import images, compress them, resize, crop, convert formats, remove metadata, and export results using local device workflows.
ImageTiny does not require user accounts to access its core functionality.
2. Your Content
You retain ownership of the images and other content you process with the app. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use, process, convert, or export any content handled through ImageTiny.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ImageTiny:
- In violation of any applicable law or regulation
- To process or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or otherwise prohibited
- To interfere with the app, platform security, or Apple device environment
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
ImageTiny includes a free tier and may offer optional paid upgrades through Apple StoreKit, including subscriptions or other in-app purchase products where available.
- Pricing, features, and availability are shown inside the app and may vary by App Store storefront
- Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and restore flows are handled through Apple systems
- You can manage subscriptions from your Apple account settings
5. Privacy and Local Processing
ImageTiny is designed around local processing. We do not use our own servers to process the images you select in the core workflow.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMAGETINY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
We do not guarantee that every file, format, or workflow will be available in every environment or that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZELONAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
