These Terms of Service govern your use of FeelTemp. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. License to use

FeelTemp is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may install and use it on devices associated with your Apple ID in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. In-app purchase

  • FeelTemp offers a single one-time, lifetime in-app purchase ("Lifetime Unlock")
  • The purchase unlocks all cooling modes, premium visuals, custom themes, and storm-strength intensity
  • The purchase is non-recurring; there are no subscriptions
  • Purchases are processed by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
  • Refunds are handled by Apple. If a purchase is refunded or revoked, the Lifetime Unlock is deactivated automatically

3. Apple Standard EULA

This app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). You can read it in full at:

4. No warranty

FeelTemp is provided "as is" and "as available". The wind sounds are a relaxation and ambience aid; they are not a medical, therapeutic, or temperature-regulation device and do not actually change your physical body temperature or environment.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer or redistribute the audio synthesis code, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or these terms.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
