PresentCam is a document-first explainer video maker for iPhone and iPad. Import a PDF or ordered images, annotate the material live, explain it on camera with microphone audio, and export the material, annotations, presenter video, and audio as one finished MP4.
What it does
Choose a PDF from Files or ordered images from Apple’s system photo picker. While the material stays visible, use a pen, highlighter, or laser pointer to mark the exact point you are explaining. A movable front- or rear-camera presenter window and microphone capture your explanation, and the built-in teleprompter keeps your script nearby. Preview the layout, then export one finished video.
Core workflow
- Import — choose a PDF from Files or an ordered set of images from the system photo picker.
- Annotate live — draw, highlight, or point with the laser directly on the material while recording.
- Explain on camera — keep the source visible while the presenter window and microphone capture your explanation.
- Export — preview the composition, then combine the source, annotations, presenter, and audio into one MP4.
Supporting controls include a built-in teleprompter, front/rear camera switching, movable and resizable presenter layouts, and rounded, circle, or rectangle presenter frames — each selectable as a square or portrait window — that remain adjustable at preview time. A built-in editor lets you trim or split clips and add titles, images, or supporting video before the final export.
