ViewMix uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) as its governing app license: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
This page is a plain-language product summary for users of ViewMix, an iPhone app that records the front and back cameras at the same time, keeps both raw tracks, and lets you choose or edit the layout afterward. If this page conflicts with Apple's standard EULA, Apple's standard EULA controls.
1. Use of the app
You may use ViewMix to create your own videos and dual-camera photos for personal, educational, or commercial creator purposes. You are responsible for the content you record and for ensuring you have the rights to any people, audio, or material captured. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse the app or its assets.
2. Local data and projects
ViewMix stores local preferences, projects, camera tracks, audio, photos, and layout choices on your device. Deleting the app or erasing device data may result in the loss of local data; export and keep copies of your videos if you wish to preserve them.
3. Optional purchases
ViewMix may offer optional in-app purchases for Pro: a Monthly ($2.99) or Yearly ($19.99) auto-renewable subscription, or a one-time Lifetime ($39.99) purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Refunds, cancellations, billing issues, and purchase account management are handled by Apple.
4. Free and Pro features
The free tier records both cameras, includes every layout and scene template, covers scene selection (trim, split, delete), full framing (canvas crop, window placement), and sound (volume, microphone level), and exports a watermark-free 1080p / 30 fps MP4 (1080p is the included default; 720p is also free). Pro adds precision framing (exact PiP size and position, split ratio, close-up zoom), PiP appearance styles, layout keyframes, and higher export tiers — 2K and 4K, plus 60 fps, HDR, and high bitrate.
5. Recording accuracy and content responsibility
ViewMix uses on-device AVFoundation processing to capture and composite media. You are responsible for reviewing the exported video before publishing. The app does not verify the legality, accuracy, or ownership of the content you create.
6. Availability
Features may change as the app improves. We aim to preserve purchased Pro access for the Apple ID that made the purchase, subject to Apple platform behavior and StoreKit availability.
